These Terms of Service (“Terms”) apply when you use paigelouise.store or buy from PLOUISE. By using our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.

2. Eligibility

  • You must be at least 18 years old to place an order.
  • We currently sell to customers in the United Kingdom only.

5. Orders and contract

  • When you place an order, you will receive an email confirming that we received it. This is not yet acceptance.
  • The contract is formed when we confirm that your order has been dispatched.
  • We may refuse or cancel an order, for example if a product is unavailable, if we cannot deliver to your address, or if we suspect fraud. If we cancel an order you have paid for, we will give you a full refund.

6. Prices, currency and taxes

  • All prices are in British pounds (GBP).
  • Prices include UK import taxes and duties (VAT). You should not have to pay extra import charges on delivery.
  • Shipping costs, if any, are shown at checkout before you pay.
  • Your bank or card issuer may charge its own fees. These fees are not controlled by us and are not refundable.

7. Pricing errors

Sometimes a price may be shown incorrectly because of a clear error. If a price is obviously wrong, we may cancel the order, even after confirmation. If we do, we will tell you and give you a full refund.

8. Product images and descriptions

We try to show colours and details accurately. Small differences may appear because of screen settings or natural product variations. Packaging may vary from the images shown, and items may arrive in supplier packaging without our brand.

9. Intellectual property

All content on this website, including text, images, logos and design, belongs to PLOUISE or is used with permission. You may not copy, reproduce or use it for commercial purposes without our written permission.

10. Prohibited conduct

You must not:

  • Use the website for fraud or any illegal activity
  • Try to hack, disrupt or damage the website
  • Use bots or automated tools to copy content or place orders
  • Pretend to be another person
  • Abuse our returns process or make false claims

We may cancel orders or block access if these rules are broken.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by the law of your country of residence:

  • We are not responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when the contract was made.
  • We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events outside our control, such as postal delays, customs, strikes, natural disasters or carrier problems.
  • Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything that cannot be limited or excluded by law. Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer, including your rights under the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version that applies to your order is the one shown on the website when you placed it.

14. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Brazil, and disputes will be handled by the courts of Brazil.

UK residents

If you live in the United Kingdom, you keep the protection of the mandatory consumer laws of your country of residence. You may also bring a claim in the courts of the part of the UK where you live (England and Wales, Scotland, or Northern Ireland).

These Terms are written in English. If they are translated into another language, the English version prevails in case of any difference.
